No Responsibility for Real-World Events: The App is solely a tool for scoring and tracking tournaments. We have no responsibility for the physical events, actions of participants, or results of any real-world golf tournament you choose to track or organize using the App. All participants are responsible for their own conduct, adherence to golf rules, and safety on the course.

Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information on the App, including scores and leaderboards, is always current or error-free. The App is not a substitute for official scorekeeping.

Limitation of Liability: By using this App, you agree that you do so at your own risk. The developer of this App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - 

Welcome to Pars or Better! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pars or Better mobile application and its services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. User Accounts

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP OR ITS CONTENTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Pars or Better BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pars or Better, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of and access to the App; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
